You already work in Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel, but you do not have paid Copilot licences. Many teams can begin with Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat. The Readiness scan shows what is available in your Microsoft 365 environment and which roles may need a paid licence.

Licences are in place and the team had a training. A few months later almost everyone works as before. In my work that often means the tasks, working agreements and follow-up were never made concrete. The adoption programme brings those parts together.

Daily work
What Copilot means in ordinary work
Copilot becomes useful on work that is already there. A draft quote in Word, a full inbox in Outlook, action points from Teams, or a staff note for HR.
Copilot does not take processes over. It can help with preparation and tasks that come back often. People still need to check the output, and the Microsoft 365 environment has to be set up for that.

Why Copilot adoption often fades
Many SME companies work in Microsoft 365 every day, but they do not use Copilot regularly. In my work I meet four questions often: do people know what to use it for, are there clear privacy agreements, are the right files in SharePoint, and does anyone follow up on use?

Supervised is my company. I am Jeroen Gijselaar and I work from Enschede with companies that want Copilot in Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.
I focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot and on tasks that already sit in the working day. I do not promise a savings percentage up front. First we measure the starting point, then we look at what actually changes.

Can we start without paid Copilot licences?
Often yes. Many organisations can start with Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat in their current Microsoft environment. The scan shows what your tenant already offers and when paid licences make sense.
What do we get from the Readiness scan?
Half a day on site and a plan of action. You get a picture of licences, permissions, files and working agreements, plus a suggested next step. The price is € 950 excluding VAT.
Do you sell licences or IT management?
No. The advice stays independent. If Copilot Chat is a good start for now, that goes in the report.
