Why scan first?

Most disappointment with Copilot starts before the training. A messy SharePoint, unclear privacy agreements or licences for the wrong roles: if nobody looks at that first, a pilot stalls quickly.

That is why every Supervised programme starts with this scan. First understand how you work, then decide whether you need training, adoption support or cleanup.

What the scan reviews

Licences and settings

I look at which Microsoft 365 licences you have, how the tenant is set up and what that already allows. You get straightforward advice on whether, when and for whom paid Copilot licences make sense.

Documents in SharePoint and Teams

Copilot uses documents a person can already open. Duplicate, outdated or widely shared files can lead to weak answers or unwanted visibility. The scan shows which documents and permissions need attention first.

Privacy and working agreements

Who can see what? What may people share with an AI assistant, and who checks the result? I also take the AI literacy duty from Article 4 of the EU AI Act into account. This part gives practical working agreements, not legal advice.

The most promising tasks per role

Where is the repeating work? Think of quotes for sales in Word, a full inbox in administration, meeting prep for directors in Teams, or recurring lists in Excel. The report names two or three tasks per role that are worth testing with Copilot.

How it works

I come to your site for half a day, look at the work, speak with a few people and review the Microsoft 365 environment. Shortly after that you have a plan of action. We walk through it together.

What you get

• A clear picture of licences, settings, documents and agreements.
• The points that should be fixed first, in order of priority.
• Licence advice you can act on. For example start with Copilot Chat where that fits, or paid licences for specific roles.
• The most promising tasks per role.
• A follow-up proposal, for example a workshop, an adoption programme, or continuing on your own. The plan is yours, also if you carry it out without me.

What this scan is and is not

What it is

A practical starting scan for Copilot adoption. I look at work processes, speak with relevant people and review the Microsoft 365 basics that matter for Copilot.

You get advice on roles, tasks, licences, data hygiene and working agreements. After that you know what is needed first: start, clean up, train or adopt.

What it is not

The Readiness scan is not a technical security audit, a GDPR audit or a replacement for your IT partner. It is also not a licence or management project.

That is on purpose. The scan should make clear what you need for responsible, everyday Copilot use, without locking you into a large programme.

Price

The Readiness scan costs € 950 excluding VAT, including the half day on site and the report with a plan of action.

There are also free Copilot scans, often from parties that sell licences or IT services. This scan does not have to sell anything. Supervised does not deliver licences and does not do IT management.

SME companies in East Netherlands with about 10 to 100 people who already work with Microsoft 365. I come on site, from Enschede to Arnhem and just over the border, for example in Nordhorn.
